Pennsylvania Society for Respiratory Care Seeks Proposals for Government Relations Services

Harrisburg, Pa – September 13, 2024 – The Pennsylvania Society for Respiratory Care (PSRC) is excited to announce the opening of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional government relations services. The PSRC is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the field of respiratory care and representing over 7,000 licensed respiratory therapists across Pennsylvania.

This RFP invites qualified firms to submit proposals for a two-year contract (2025-2026) with the PSRC, with the possibility of a two-year extension. The selected firm will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with policymakers and their staff, advancing the PSRC’s legislative priorities, assisting with legislative drafting, and navigating both legislative and administrative processes.

Key Dates:

  • RFP Issue Date: September 13, 2024

  • Proposal Submission Deadline: October 25, 2024, by 5:00 PM EST

  • Interviews (if necessary): November 4-8, 2024

  • Contract Award Notification: December 6, 2024

  • Contract Start Date: January 1, 2025
